Strength

My powerlifting numbers after training a month and a half, almost two months, going on a regular basis more or less consistent:

Squat: 50kg
Bench Press: 50kg
Deadlift: 100kg
Grip Strenght: 60kg
Farm walk :  30kg
Bicep Curl:  30kg
Hammer curl:  20kg
Pull ups : 10 
Push ups: 40

I think that of all the exercises, the Squat has been more difficult for me, especially because the technique has not yet matured well in me, and I make many mistakes. In addition to this, I have a muscular balance, and the obvious fact that I have one leg three centimeters shorter than the other, has taken some toll on me.  In the deadlift I was almost able to lift 110kg, let's say maximum almost 120kg, however in my last session I was very exhausted from the training, so I prefer to say that I managed to lift a maximum of 100kg for the moment. Regarding my grip strength, starting from the most basic hand grip, I have mastered up to 60kg of the device. And the other complementary exercises seem to me to be important for the general force as well, so I intend to continue implementing them. I've never lifted weights before, but it's something that definitely makes my routine better.
